Refund Policy

"Our refund policy is very easy. We provide a 30-day money back guarantee. Once we receive a refund request, one of our representatives will contact the customer personally to better understand the issue at hand and work on a resolution with the customer. If we are unable to resolve to the customers liking, we will proceed with a refund. Once a refund request has been processed, the customer has to return our product within 7 working days.

The customer may request a refund via email (support@immaculate.org.uk) or by calling us (+44- 01618706180), stating the reason for cancellation.

The customer will receive an email to their registered email with a notification of the status of the refund request."
